Yeah. [King's Dominion] was a lot of fun. I even rode Hypersonic XLC and that new Drop Zone one. Didn't ride Anaconda because it was broken when we went to ride it.
The Drop Zone one is all about hyping the scariness factor. Or, if you have a fear of heights, being suspended 305 feet up in the open air.
XLC is just designed to make you get a reaaaaally quick adrenaline rush. And the line is awful, since they can't run very many cars at ALL [8 people per train, 1 train at a time yesterday].
Their frozen strawberry lemonade is really good. I stole some from Sera. =D
We ate chinese food for dinner, but so many people ordered [and we didn't know about the 9.5% extra tax], so there were a LOT of problems. Like Sera not getting her food. But when we called to complain, they brought food over for her.
Sera wrote a song last night about how that ruined her life. ^^;
Ginnie and I got to use the big elevator to move our tubas to the Camp Concert Hall [we had share there today-- it's in Booker, so it's a lot closer for all of us]. Share got screwed up by the orchestra practicing on stage too much [they ran 40 minutes into share], so we had to cut our brass quintets [we only played two fanfares: the Strauss and the French one. I think Dukas was the composer?] and whatever the teachers were going to do.
I get to miss course 2 on Tuesday also. I hope we don't do anything terribly important. But I don't think we can, since half of our Art Crackers class is music people.
I guess I should start heading back to go to course 2...
